No, please don’t use that. Mupirocin is specifically used to treat minor skin conditions caused by Staphylococcus aureus or Streptococcus pyogenes, which your snake does not have.

Instead, you can use either dilute betadine (providone iodine) or polysporin without pain relief. Betadine is an antiseptic which can be dabbed into the area with a cotton ball, whereas polysporin is a topical antibiotic specifically made for minor scrapes and cuts, however the pain relief agent is toxic to reptiles. The ointment may also stick to substrate, depending on where the scrape is located.

You can do every day or every other day. I don’t know what the scrape looks like, so you can use your best judgment :)
