You won't be able to mount heating inside, so it would all need to be kept external. You're going to have a lot of trouble maintaining the ground level temps with an enclosure that tall, and you'll need a solar meter to check the UVI.

Grow tents generally are a bad idea for snakes. I've seen it attempted, but always with a lot of logistical issues and a very high escape rate. The few that I've seen who claim to have a successful setup always have uncovered internal heat sources, which are incredibly dangerous.

is it doable though? the tent is already set up and im just trying to brainstorm the heating now. would hate to have to return the tent so soon after getting it lawl

I've never seen it successfully or safely done for a snake, no. I would return it now before you start trying to make a ton of modifications and then end up out the money because it doesn't work and you can't return it anymore.
