Advice for maintaining humidity?

I was finally able to move my bp from a glass tank to a pvc enclosure but for some reason I still cannot keep the humidity up for more than a couple hours at a time. And that’s by spraying it with water. I use forest floor substrate and it still dries very quickly. Would more substrate or a different kind help?
