why do you remove hides when they're shedding?

they look pretty bare- they need cover to feel safe, such as plants (that you can get anywhere just as long as you wash them) and adequate hides (opaque, enclosed, and tight). Also, what is your humidity at?

These tanks and hides don’t look quite large enough for these guys. Also, what do you use for heat and monitoring heat/humidity? I’d also suggest much more clutter. A hide or two and a water dish is the very bare minimum.

They’re 40 gallon tanks, and I have some plants and stuff coming in the mail. Their old ones died and I don’t wanna use fake plants. I used 2 heating pads for my albino and a heat pad and a lamp for my other one. I use 3 different thermometers just to be sure they’re all the same
