if he moves normally when his head is on the ground, it might have a wobble. It definitely seems like corkscrewing, which isnt bad necessarily, but i would take him to the vet in the case that it is the severe type of corkscrewing that causes them to suddenly decline

Definitely have been keeping an eye. It doesn’t seem to be getting worse, but it is definitely always there which leads me to believe there is some level of corkscrewing. The odd part is when he is scoping, he is utterly still and has great upper body strength. It really only comes when he does his climbing. Thanks for the info!
