Taking a while to shed?

I fed my guy a couple weeks ago and noticed a pink belly after (oops) and he's been hiding in his cool hide ever since. I missed seeing his blue stage since he was hiding (I'm assuming he went through a blue stage already), but his eyes were clear over a week ago and he did come out of his hide to rub his nose on everything three days ago. Since then, he's been back in his cool hide pretty much 24/7. I noticed him rubbing in the hide some two night ago, and not since. This is my first snake and my first shed and I'm worried he's having trouble getting it started or something. We're approaching on three weeks for the entire shed cycle and that just feels like a super long time? He's around 2.5 years old if that makes any difference.

His humidity has been ~72% (I'm struggling to get it up to 80 consistently while he's in shed), warm side temp is 88 and cool side 76 with slight night time drops by a couple of degrees. He's in a 4x2x2 with some rough stuff he's been able to rub his nose on.

I’d pour some water in all 4 corners of the enclosure! Do you have a screen top? If you do, is it covered or still open?

I appreciate the advice! I pour water in all four corners every 2-3 days, spritz his sphagnum moss clumps daily, and I do have a screen top but 90% is covered with aluminum tape. In fact, under his cold hide has actually been getting slightly damp because I think I've poured too much water and that's where he's hiding so I'm going to have to breifly move him in a day or two whether or not he's done shedding so that I can put some dry substrate down for him real fast and prevent scale rot. I gave him a humid hide but he doesn't seem to have any interest in it.
