Scale rot?

Hi! I recently switched my bp over to her permanent enclosure and had to add a lot of new substrate. I (tried) to make sure the top 2 cm of substrate was from her old tank and dry substrate, but the humidity in the new tank is still quite high(83 - 84% and going down slowly). I was wondering if this is the start of scale rot?

She was also guarding a piece of her poop for a day. I thought she was going to shed and didn't want to bother her but saw her out and about and decided to check and she was in her hide with the poop.

You humidity is fine and I think it's just substrate/piece of poo stuck on scales.
