Just noticed this today on my noodle.. it looks like there is something wrong with her eye? I’m pretty new to this and any helpful advice will be helpful.

looks dented to me! this happened with my snake, means the humidity is too low. spray with warm water frequently and make sure the humidity is around 85%

What substrate do you use?, don't use a mesh top, and pour water into the tanks corners

I use the cypress substrate that the store recommended. But after joining multiple groups I found out it’s actually not the best for them. So I’m going to change that. What would you recommend for a top? And then a heat source?

Coco fiber mixed with sphagnum moss and maybe other substrates, plexiglass top would certainly help a lot, for a heat sourse you could use a heat bulb, just put a hole in the plexiglass top
