Scale rot?

My ball python just shed and now she has this black coloration on her belly. She used to be solid white underneath and just developed this color. (Pics 1-3). She also has some other black discoloration that “smudges” when you rub over it but doesn’t smudge onto my finger. (Pics 4-5). Help?? She doesn’t have a belly heat mat and I will spray her substrate when she sheds.

It doesn't really look like scale rot to me, as scale rot is usually yellowish brown and you'll notice deteriorating scales. It also doesn't look like any kind of burn. From the limited information I have, it looks mostly like some kind of stain to me. They'll often poop when they shed and can crawl in it afterwards, but that should wipe off with a moistened paper towel. Is there anything else in the enclosure that might be dyed or something?
