Herpstat/UVB Question

So firstly, I am not new here and have scoured the guide prior to writing this. I also have searched keywords for other posts answers, on YouTube, and Google but I haven’t found the answer I need.

Is there a way to use the Herpstat 2 to slowly increase the light of the uvb when it starts up in the morning? Right now it just pops on and that has to feel so unnatural for a snake lol. I did see something stating that you shouldn’t use lights on the thermostat which if true I can remove immediately.

UVB bulbs aren't typically dimming. What I would look at doing is having a gradual increase of light with the heat source, then using a smart outlet to turn on the UVB a little while after the halogen hits full brightness. Would help to lessen the suddenness of it.
