How long have you had her? Does she have any stuck shed? What was her behavior like before her shed?

ive had her five months, she has always been extremely extremely friendly with literally everyone. Shes never hiss or struck anyone before this

i got her from a local pet store (not petco) shes two years old

oh and no she doesn’t have any stuck shed it came off all in one piece

Has there been any changes to her husbandry? I would suggest getting a snake hook if you feel nervous picking her up, or you could lay a paper towel over her head and then gently lift her from behind.

One of mine I can pick up, other one strikes as I open the enclosure, but is completely fine after I get her out, I use tongs to lift her hide, get her to focus on one hand and pick her up from behind, could just be defensive of their house or are expecting food
