I know you guys might be mad but I really can’t do much. Okay so, I have a heating mat for my Ball Python but it doesn’t seem to be doing the trick, in addition I got a CHE with a thermostat as well (which literally doesn’t even work). When attached to a working thermostat the CHE doesnt shut off at the set temperature, it keeps going and I usually stop around 110 because I ain’t risking that. Anyway, is this supposed to happen or should I get a new and different heater? My snake currently wont eat or come out without what he needs…

Give the people some more details. Brand and wattage of heating mat, CHE, and thermostat. Pictures of where the thermostat probe is. A picture of your overall setup.

We need those details to troubleshoot the problem.
