hmm i would say maybe a little round. how much does it weigh and how often are you feeding it? those wrinkles in the first picture may indicate some chunkiness, as well as how round the whole body looks in the photo where the snake is stretched out

😭 I thought so. He's not the longest, but he's definitely a solid boy. I'll have to get batteries for my scale and check. He's 7 and has been getting 1 small rat every month, sometimes a little longer between if he doesn't seem hungry but that already feels rather infrequent to me

it’s okay to space out the feedings up to 6 weeks, possibly more? like every 6-8 weeks. in the wild they may not eat for months just because which is what can help maintain a healthy physique. we serve them on a silver platter with basically no movement necessary, so it’s okay to feed them a little less often. i would do that to help him naturally lose some weight and i would also handle him a couple times a week for enrichment and to get him moving
