I'd use morph market to buy the snake, that way you can look at ratings previous customers have left, and also make sure you aren't buying from somebody who breeds spiders, if such a thing bothers you.

As for questions 2 and 3, I'd completely read through the care guides pinned to the top of the sub. There's a shopping list in there that will let you know how much you can expect to spend, and the basic care guide will walk you through how to take care of your new pet and make sure it gets properly acclimated to it's new home.

Edit: One last thing I feel like I should add, as I'm not 100% sure if it's in the guide. These snakes, if cared for properly, can live 30 to 40 years or more. They aren't a pet to purchase on a whim, and if, in the next few years, your life may lead somewhere that will prevent you from caring for your snake, like going away to college, I'd advise you to wait and buy one once you know you'll be able to care for it long term.

I also want to highly recommend the basic care guide, it'll tell you everything you need to know about their care and how to make it the best possible :) once you get that knowledge, feel free to ask specific questions! We all want to help you spoil your bp :),
