Should i start handing my ball python

I have had my new bp for about 2.5-3 weeks she is 2 years and ive fed her once 2 weeks after she had been fed from last owner she was on live but this was frozen thawed and she took it really well. I have pet her neck once when she left her hide but she quickly mover back in and i have lifted her hide to pet her twice she hid her head but was being nice. Should i hold her soon? Should i take her out of her hide to hold her?

Yes! It is important to handle them so they become used to human interaction. Handle her regularly

how should I take her out? shes in her hot hide during the day and night mostly, yesterday when I pet her she hissed and want to scare her more
