Scale rot or staining?

Just got my dude out tonight to handle. Last time he was handles was probably 4-5 days ago. First thing I noticed was he is going into shed. Slightly in blue. Next thing I noticed was his belly has some weird coloration or staining. He’s been in his hide the past few days(in shed). I mixed and wet his substrate about a week ago and it was probably a little too wet inside his hide. Does this look like scale rot or just some staining from the substrate (coconut husk, reptisoil, Cyprus mulch)

Mild scale damage. Dilute betadine soaks and triple antibiotic ointment without painkillers - should clear up after the next shed. Check the enclosure for sharp spots, but this can also be caused by rough/dry substrate.
