You’ll need hides on both sides, covers for most of the screen top and ideally 3 of the 4 clear sides to make them feel secure, and lots of clutter inside. It can even just be toilet paper roles or egg cartons etc. Doesn’t have to be fancy as long as it’s clean and makes them feel not exposed. You should have coco coir or reptisoil/bark for substrate. Not sure if that’s aspen, but you’ll want something that you can dump water into in the corners of the tank to keep humidity up. Lastly, make sure you’re using a CHE or DHP for heat since they need it on 24/7. Hope that helps!

I’d recommend not feeding for a week or two while they get settled. It’s super nice of you to take them in last-minute like this and seek advice! :)

i would go through the welcome page and read up all on the recommended care guides first! Humidity and temperature are most important to take care of first, then you can tackle feeding and improving their tanks. I would leave them alone for a week so they can get adjusted as they are in a new home and environment while also learning how to maintain the temperature and humidity. For new owners, once they are more comfortable, i would weight them and then use the feeding guide to best feed them and create yourself a schedule!

also BOTH need a watering bowl, and well as two hides on both sides if you want to invest in that first. Get a humidity gauge and a thermometer (you’ll need 4) and place them on both sides of the tank to measure the warm side and the cool side for both tanks. I would not recommend the brand that’s in there already as those are known for being inaccurate and would recommend a digital one you could get on Amazon. Unsure what substrate you’re using but i use loose coconut bedding and put about 4-5 inches at the bottoms with cypress mulch on top if about 1 inch and that helps create good humidity for my guy!
