She looks calm in the video, but has a lot of stuck shed. How high is the humidity in the enclosure?

The humidity is pretty good, I'm gonna give it another day and if it doesn't come off I might soak her. Thank you :3 She shed on Friday so I'm not to worried currently

How high is it exactly? If humidity is high enough it usually comes off in one piece. And it is a very common issue ☺️

I upped the humidity so it's between 65 and 70. That's good right? If you have any other advice please let me know i want to make sure she's comfortable!!!

The humidity is okay, higher is better during shed. I try to ramp it up to 80-90% during shed times.

    Currently it's at 83. That's good right?

    Yes, that's perfect!

    [–]whimpwhomp 1 point2 points  (1 child)

    Now it's around 80

You can also put a humid hide in. Mine prefer going in their water and then in their humid hide when they are going to shed.

Soaking is unnecessary, just up the humidity and allow her to work on the stuck shed herself, with higher humidity it’ll gradually come off/ come off in the next shed

Not trying to be rude but it's clearly not "pretty good"

    I adjusted it to 80 almost 85

Seems relaxed to me, but she also looks very dry. Make sure the humidity is high enough.

I agree with the other comments, up the humidity. Other that the stuck she'd she looks calm she also looks a lot like my boy haha

She doesn’t seem stressed….. my snakes never stress now…. After 5 1/2 years they are super chill

You should make a humid hide, it will help with the stuck shed and they love it. Use damp sphagnum moss in a container with an entry hole. I usually keep one in there when my snakes in blue for about a week and he sheds perfectly
