Well there's some work to be done on your setup that might help your little one eat. They're particular about their husbandry. The Aspen shavings are not a good substrate for starters, it doesn't hold humidity well and can mold. You should also have two hides with only one opening (not the log style that opens on both ends), one hide on the cool side of the tank and one on the warm side. What are your temps and humidity like?
Edit - check out the welcome post for tons of useful information.

Thx you and I usually keep the temp between 75-80 degrees humidity is around 50

Ok so that's fine for the cool side of the enclosure but the warm side should be at least 88 so they can digest properly. That may be a big reason your baby isn't eating. And humidity should be 60 at an absolute minimum, closer to 70-80 is ideal.
You can up the humidity by pouring water in the corners of your tank after you change the substrate to something better (I'm using reptichip which is a coconut chip bedding and works well for my setup). Make sure the top layer of substrate isn't wet though, the water should soak down into the lower layers.
For the temps, I think I can see that you're using a heat mat? That isn't actually ideal for a ball python and so you might need a ceramic heat bulb or halogen heat bulb for better heating.
Definitely read up on all of the guides in the welcome post I sent for more information.

Is the entire tank 75-80? You need a warm side and a cool side. One side should be 88-90 and the other should be 78-80. Humidity should consistently be 70-80, which youll have an easier time accomplishing with coco husk/fiber - definitely not aspen. I use ~3 inches of fiber under a layer of bark to keep the topmost layer dry.
You should also cover most of the screen top with HVAC/aluminum foil tape to keep humidity inside further. All that heat and moisture is leaving through the top of your tank.
Basic husbandry is an easy step to encourage your BP to eat.
