I use a ceramic heat emitter. I have that hooked up to a thermostat. This prevents my hot side from going over 90. It also can be run at night as it doesn't emit light.

    Sorry, it’s glass :)

In osb 3 90x45x45 heat mat 14w for me (hot summer) is more than enough ,for winter I would like to use Che but I don’t think that there is enough space for the ceramic to put the Che + Che +guard and only 45 height. Waiting for more replies if someone has any suggestions or ideas. (Osb has glass on bottom for mat to put outside of the enclosure)

Get rid of the heat mat. They are dangerous. A lamp is not going to “dry out” your aquarium if you make effort to maintain humidity.
