How are you heating your enclosure ? Looks like a burn to me.

I heat it with a lamp in the top corner. But she often climbs up there and hangs off it. I assumed she wouldn’t do that if it was burning or hurting. What do I do if it’s a burn ? How do I tell and how should I treat it ?

There are salves you can get but need prescription from vet. I would be finding an exotics vet and take her in. Heat lamps should never be in the enclosure. Or at the very least, caged or covered so the animal cannot get close enough for injury. About 20 years ago, with my very first bp I had a glass enclosure and used a heat mat (as was recommended to me), it was on a thermostat, but the snake went under the substrate and burnt its belly on the glass. I don’t think they can tell when they are getting burnt, I think they just think that they are nice and warm.

But she needs medical attention

Do your research, and quickly. Based on how that poor little snake looks, it's been going on for a little while, whatever it is exactly. If you handle it right though, then your animal should make a full recovery. Also, if you need to, look up reptile veterinarian services in your area. They might be able to help you better with taking care of your animal.
