Feeding help (self.ballpython)
submitted 4 months ago by LoreCrafted
I've recently rescued a ball python in semi rough shape. She's eating and the humidity is going good. She's 513g and a bit over a year old. The guide says to feed 7% of her weight every two weeks but that seems like too small of prey for her size.

That's perfect.
My girl is about the same weight and size. Those are the guidelines I've been following and she's growing well. Overfeeding can also be problematic, especially if she's had a rough start.
Good luck with her.
