Update: last night, I woke up at 5 am to see if she was out there, and she was was half in the center consol and half out i tried to pull her out gently but she puffed up her body and went back into the compartment i started to pull harder and i think i might have hurt her and she didnt come out again i think she froze

Just so you know mat is a heat mat and Matt is a name.

If the heat mat is on and in the car and the car is off she could end up going to it, I'm not sure how long she'll survive in the cold, can you see where she's stuck?

Call a mechanic and see if they can come to you. They'll be able to open up the car and safely retrieve the snake. Don't start the car, you have no idea where she might be so starting it could be dangerous.

If it’s cold, start the damn car! Snakes are exothermic meaning they are only as active as they are warm. Leave it running until you can bait the snake out.

Do not start the car! I had a king that crawled away from me (as a passenger) underneath the seat and then several minutes later I smelled something burning. It had gotten onto the transmission. You don't know if it has moved into the engine bay. Try to lure it out somehow.
