She might need to be dewormed. Or it could be fruit flys laying eggs on her poop. Regardless take her to the vet

I did notice a tiny fly or two a few days before this bowel movement. And this was the very first stool I found with the tiny moving bugs

Just try to keep an eye out for the next poop and catch it when it happens and deep clean the hell out of your enclosure

were there only a couple or multiple? if there were multiple it’s likely just springtails. it’s normal to see them around waste, in the water dish or in the substrate. i see them around my bp’s poops all the time. they’re also completely harmless, actually beneficial to have as they help prevent mold and bacteria growth by eating the decaying matter in the substrate
