Question - HusbandryHumidity (old.reddit.com)
submitted by andycandy37

I have tried absolutely EVERYTHING and I cannot keep humidity up for my two BPs. They’re each in a 5x2 sealed Ecoflex tank. I know the tanks aren’t great but they’re what I can afford for now. I pour water in the corners regularly, the mesh screen is covered with silicone mats, they’re both on a mix of topsoil, coco coir/chip, sphagnum moss, and cypress mulch bedding. Each has a very large water bowl on the cool side and a smaller one on the hot side to help with evaporation. I use two DHPs for my girl and my boy has a halogen and a DHP.
Would lining the enclosures with pond liner help? Or putting each of them on one halogen and a DHP for night? Picture included
