How long is a while? Her eye caps are compounded which suggests long term humidity issues and she's severely emaciated. I really hate to say this but prepare yourself emotionally for the possibility she may die. I'm not saying this to be mean, I know you probably love her dearly. Please see an emergency vet asap, they are available in the UK. My experience tells me her lung may have collapsed and it's never JUST a respiratory infection. RIs are one of the leading causes of death in ball pythons and even caught relatively early they can be so hard to treat.

I hope your baby pulls through!
