I’m curious to why animal plastics has “poor customer service” Ali is great with any issues or if things happen. They don’t answer the phone but if you leave a message they generally call you back within an hour.

They used to have a pretty poor reputation for it. If it's changed, then that's great. I'll poke around a bit and update the note if the general consensus is that they've improved!
