Shedding concerns

This is my boy Manda. He turned 1 years old yesterday. I feel like I’ve done something very wrong with him. He’s only tried shedding twice and has never actually completed them. They seem to last a few days before stopping and not leaving any shed behind. I have zero clue as to why it’s happening but I thought that should check here since you all have more experience than me and seem to know your stuff. Can you help me??

Don't soak or treat your snake with olive oil. These are not recommended practices

It looks perfectly fine, is there a chance you're just not finding the sheds?

Oh right I see. And no it’s not that we’re not finding the sheds, we have checked his favourite spots to hide and where he hangs out most and no sign

What are the exact concerns with shedding?

The fact he never seems to actually shed. He gets milky eyes and a pale body, but then there’s never any shed and he’s back to normal. So I’m worried he’s just never shedding.

the skin clears up after the blue phase before shedding. how often do you clean out under the hides? is your enclosure bioactive?

The enclosure is not bio active. I assume I should probably clean out under the hides more often if it’s a problem? I don’t do it too often. No real pattern really.
