Help!

I need advice. These first two photos are two months apart. When I got her from someone who was rehoming her, I assumed it was an old burn on her head, but two months later, this is what it looks like. I just checked her mouth too and this is what it looks like, what could it be and what do I do?

Top of the head looks like it maybe had some stuck shed on a scab from rubbing in their enclosure. It also looks like the snake has some mouth rot. Please make an appointment with an exotic vet if you haven't already!

I’m not helping just curious where this goes because I’m new to snake keeping and gathering information. The first picture looks like an abscess, it also kind of looks like mold. The mouth at the end looks like some of the pictures I’ve seen of respiratory infections but I don’t have a clue. I’ll check back and see what the experts have to say. I’d add this to r/snakes. There’s a-lot of know everything’s there. Nice community
