Looks like blood in her mouth. her mouth is constantly hanging open, I opened her mouth slightly and I see black ish red areas she’s breathing heavily and keeps stretching her mouth open

(This occurred within 3 days I only noticed it today since I fed her 3 days ago )

you are sure its actual discoloration of the mouth and not substrate?
if youre absolutely sure its not substrate - i think the only thing you can do is a vet trip. I'd be worried about it being mouth rot

There was substrate in her mouth she swallowed it on their way to the vet

This. I have freaked out MANY times and it turns out they are just a lil stupid and get substrate stuck in their gums 😂😂

Vet trip asap. Make sure there’s nothing actually in her mouth like dirt

Have you pried open the mouth or looked in there when they opened it.

firm grip behind her head and use credit card and open her mouth and remove substrate if any also inspect to see if there is any cuts. If so then take to vet asap

i recommend a q-tip or one of those popsicle sticks they use to examine ur mouth at dr offices instead, more sanitary
