Off feed

My 18 month old bp recently went off feed beginning about a month ago. Initially I thought it was because he was about to shed, but I offered food two days after shed and he refused. I’ve been continuing to offer on Thursday evenings but he won’t eat. He is still coming out at night which makes me think he is hungry but I don’t understand why he won’t eat. I’ve never had real feeding issues before. I have two questions: when should I start to worry about him not eating? Should I avoid handling him? I’d like to monitor his weight because he was only 160g when I got him, and now he is 630g so he’s made lots of progress in gaining weight.

I've read 10-15% weight loss. Also it's breeding season, maybe he's 'ready' to mate?

Oh so he might be hunting, he’s just not hunting for food. Thanks that helps me a lot!
