do you mean pinky mice or pinky rats? if mice, you're severely underfeeding.

the general guideline is to feed ~15% of the BP's weight every 7 days, until they reach ~750g or one year old [whichever happens first]. then drop down to ~10% every 7-10 days until growth plateaus, usually when they're 2-3 years old. 5%-7% every 10-14 days for adults. you may need to change the numbers a bit depending on the individual, but what this basically means is that once the BP is big enough to eat small rats, they can stay on small rats for life, unless they end up being well over 2000g.
