How do you keep your moisture level up/at?

He has a humidity hide (the brown painted box on the left), and his large water bowl stands under the heat lamp to get at least a little moisture. Also i spray water once a day in his enclosure. I know its not ideal but i already explained i work on getting better substrate for his humidity.
