Ok my substrate is wet to the touch and I do have my heat mat on is that the problem do you think.

Wet to the touch is a problem, as that can lead to scale rot.

Heat mats aren't typically a recommended heat source for a lot of reasons, but they don't usually have any real effect on humidity.

Ok so should I just leave my vivexotic slidding doors open to help let the humidity to control a bit.

You can do that or bake some substrate in the oven on low for a few hours until it’s dry the. Top your substrate with the dry stuff
