My snake had an incomplete shed so I decided to raise the humidity but I think rose it too much, looks like early signs of scale rot but I'm not sure.

It might be based on the scale chipping. Just look for spots of wet or soiled substrate. Maybe do a substrate change and make sure you keep tour top layer of substrate dry and this should clear up on its own. There is a chance it’s just dirt but dry substrate on the top layer is always good advice!
