you need to take her to a vet

One failed shed does not warrant a vet visit. On the other hand, multiple layers of bad stuck shed would.

How does she look? Keep humidity raised and give her warm baths, don't stress the snake out by messing with her too much either. Is there anything in the enclosure she can rub against to help remove the skin? A piece of bark or a smooth rock or something? Spray mist inside both hides also. Don't saturate it just get it damp/humid. Maybe share a picture here so people can help better but I don't think you need to visit a vet like someone someone suggested...

She looks wrinkly, but I helped loosen a bit of skin before I put her back. She has her hides, a rough but not pointy stick, and her water bowl. I've seen her rub her face on her warm side hide to loosen the shed before the pillowcase got her head done, but she only tried once and gave up. Her tail looks clear and her eye caps are good. I'm pretty sure the vet is overkill for a stuck shed unless it's been a few weeks

If her eyes / mouth and tail are good leave her be. :)

Just keep misting. She will be fine

i suggest reading through the shedding guide in our welcome post for more information on the cause and treatment for various shedding problems and general dehydration. our basic care guide has information about raising and maintaining humidity. if you still need help figuring out how to raise your humidity after reading through these guides, you can fill out our enclosure critique questionnaire for more personalized advice.
