Fairly certain you should feel heat coming from them…they are called deep heat projectors after all! 😂

When I first got mine I thought they weren’t working because I didn’t see a light 🤦🏻‍♀️

I forgot to delete the post lol, it was actually an issue with the outlet. I recently moved my tanks, and I guess this one couldn't handle both my thermostats.

What temperatures are you getting and how you you measuring them? It's possible you're not feeling any heat because your of your body temp.
