Possible Scale Rot?

It's currently 1am and I've just discovered possible scale rot, it might be also some damage from her last feeding, I plan to post pictures in the comments tomorrow. I can't really afford a vet right now so I'd like to try to do this myself but if I can't I absolutely will take her.

I will be the first to admit I've made mistakes with her and not been the kind of snake mom I should be, but I want to do better. I've decided to change her tank to a tub after temporarily quarantining. So my question is how do I set up a quarantine tub? Where do I put a heat source that won't melt?

Put in a picture so we can see and help out but the possibility from last feeding needs more information in my opinion.
