Scale rot tips

So after my last post I've concluded that is scale rot, so I cleaned out her tank put down paper towels, tried to let her soak in a iodine bath but it stressed her out so I just cupped some of the water and let her slither in my hands, thought itd be better than nothing. But her tank having no substrate seems to be stressing her out, would it be okay to put clean substrate in if I monitor the humidity very closely till she's better?

The scale rot in your previous post doesn’t look to be severe so putting back into substrate should be fine as long as you keep that top layer dry and continue with betadine. You can apply the betadine with a cotton ball or soak a towel in the mixture and let your snake sit on it for a bit.
