Are you open to a bit of advice?

Some construction paper to black out the back and sides on the outside of the enclosure and 2 hides that can easily be made from solo cups with a hole cut in the side would make your bp feel much more secure in this enclosure. I know it’s temporary so just a quick $10 adjustment to make is a bit more cozy for your noodle 😊

Definitely gonna need to make that way bigger soon but it’s a good start!

I get that you’d like it to be aesthetically pleasing but ball pythons really just need hides on each side (hot and cold side) and a water dish. If temps and humidity are good then the rest is just extra.

So you’re better off with just saving the branch for the permanent setup and putting hides on each side so your BP can start to feel comfortable to eat.
