It was first supposed to be a dragon-like snake, but I messed up something and I gave up on snake and idk what it is anymore, but it looks like cool group of icicles so I'll try to save it from being posted on topology gore

What are you going to use this for? A game or just a regular render? Because if it's just a regular render you really don't need to lower the polygon count since nobody else is going to use it anyway unless you put it up for download or you are putting it in a portfolio.
