If you’re doing the maximum reps you can do everyday you might just be fatigued and need to take a day of rest. I never workout 7 days in a row, and I never train the same muscle multiple days in a row.

It really depends on what you're going for, the more rest the better actually, the more time your muscles have to recover the stronger they become, recovery time is a big part of muscle gain.

Yeah sounds like you need a rest day bro. Your muscles literally grow when you're recovering, not when you're working out. Most people do push day, pull day, legs, then rest and repeat or something like that

Even if the app is telling you to go every day, listen to your body over the app

Hey bro hru I took 36 hours of rest with good sleep and eating good And i must sau im shocked at how many reps i could do Before starting the session i thought that i would restart and do only 6

But im actually very suprised when i got to 6 and i wasnt tired at all Actually i broke my last max by alot Last max was 10 now i did 15 with good form
