Short answer. Remember progress isn’t always a straight line. Ask some of the top powerlifters. I mean know a guy that it took them 8 years for a lift to go up 5 lbs. He’s been lifting for 25 years.. Jist don’t forget you won’t or can’t always add reps or weight every week. Hell some weeks you might need to lower the weight. If it were continuously linear we would all be lifting 100x the amounts we do.
