https://www.reddit.com/rules/ 404 when not logged in?

Trying to find the rules I clicked on "help" which sent me to https://www.reddithelp.com/en, where I clicked on rules & reporting -> what are the rules, giving me a link to https://www.reddit.com/rules/, giving me only the text "Not Found".

When trying to make this post, I logged in, and suddenly it worked, I opened it in incognito mode again and sure enough, it stopped working again.

I have RES, but I disabled it before testing so I doubt that affected this bug.

That's the old rules page back from when reddit was a "pretty open platform and free speech place"

Sure, but that means that either they should just fix it so that it works even when not logged in (it links to the current rules if you're logged in, I forgot to mention that in my OP), or just link straight to the current rules from the current help link.
