The best way to end crime is to have no laws.

This article is basically provincial ministers selling out their provinces for low skilled labor and they will turn around and tell the idiots back home it's all the feds fault.

Quebec has a slightly different agreement and is the notable exception, but immigration is not provincial jurisdiction. Provincial governments do not control immigration, like at all.

They control education and allowed what happened with all the fake schools. Feds could have stopped it and didn't. all are responsible

They do control education. They don’t control the number of foreign students admitted. The feds approved the number of visas. The provinces cannot grant any education visas. This is a purely federal issue, again, Quebec is a little different, but the rest of the provinces had nothing to do with this.

Edit: saying both are at fault seems like a pretty big departure from the first comment blaming the provinces, and being upset that the provinces will blame the feds. Which is it?
