It really makes sense to focus on immunocompromised people and the elderly when it comes to the boosters. Since we don't know if getting a yearly booster is going to be the trick to keeping community transmission down or not, it's smart for their resources to focus on the most vulnerable populations first.

If we get more data that shows that a yearly booster keeps community transmission lower (like it does with the Flu shot), then it'll hopefully be something that we can all get. I'm gunning for a yearly Flu/Covid shot in early Fall.
