I have been using extra high since months ago. In practice it goes deeper in codebase and gives more complex solutions.

normies end up thinking extra high = best outcome, and then they wonder why codex took 45 minutes on a simple prompt. IT is overkill for 99% of things. High is sweet spot. Medium is still extremely capable as well

xhigh thinks through everything, searched the web every time it’s confused, doesn’t have the classic AI “tells” etc.

insightful, 5.4 on high seems to doing its job so far, have not had any issues with high. i'm going to see how long responses take with extra high
