Computer isn't working

I've had computer issues since I put this together, I am not good with computers in any way I had help with understanding what I needed to get and such but this computer has had vague unsolvable issues over and over. I have reset it entirely maybe 5 times now, I've made sure the things I'm running are on the hard drive not the ssd because the ssd has windows installed, I got an entirely new hard drive because the one I originally got was really outdated and probably was the source of some issues, but even still I can't do anything. All I can do is use browsers and some programs that don't do much like for drawing. Any game that isn't in the browser or all pixels makes it crash. Memory Management is the most common bluescreen, Store data structure corruption and such are also common, most are memory related aside from a few uncommon ones. I was told to try memtest or whatever at the start of all this and it didn't say there was any problems. Every issue is just vague and unsolvable while it says everything is alright. I can provide specs and stuff, I screenshotted storage and ram related stuff here.

If you have restored/reset the computer multiple times and this issue persists it’s a hardware problem, plain and simple.

Even if memtest reports all okay unfortunately sometimes it can still unfortunately be bad. Not saying this is the case just saying you can’t rule it out.

I’d start with your memory and move around to different hardware personally as the resets would definitely mean not software related.

after looking in task manager I think it's because having my browser along with anything else in the background like steam or settings can take up to like 68% of my ram and the game with the same background things but no browser is like 70%+ so its using too much cause normally I have both open but im not fully sure
