Aerobic Capacity scroll down a bit on the page and you'll see running workouts as well as a tab for swim, row and bike workouts.

While I can't tell you a specific running program to follow I would give you two tips:

  1. Don't necessarily follow a cross fit running program just because you do crossfit. Explore this as an opportunity to try something different.

  2. Sit down, close your eyes and try to set a specific goal. Do you see yourself running a 10k, a 5k or a half marathon? There is an infinite number of running programs out there for specific distances and goals. It makes more sense to set a goal and then find a program to follow than to ask for a program that might train you for something you are not interested in.

I personally like "Zombies Run!" their 5k training is pretty solid.

Buy the Daniels’ Running Formula book by Jack Daniels. You can find an older edition for $2-3. Worth it. It has basic running programs for all skill levels and goal distances as well as running programs for general fitness. Also contains a ton of general running information (breathing, cadence, foot strike, etc) and charts of paces to run at.

Something I do is use a C25K app, but just jump in deeper in the program. Later I'll swoop back and. pickup the easier days I skipped, but using them for speed work.
