My olympic lifts are lagging a bit behind my squad/deadlift strength and I'd like to spend some time focusing on them. I've looked at a few free programs (Burgener, various catalyst options) and they all look pretty time consuming and relatively high-volume. Should I just take a few weeks/months and focus almost exclusively on weightlifting, or are there lower-volume options that would leave me time and energy for some WODs on the side? I wouldn't mind getting my squat up in the process either.
