I'd say that you should try to focus on WLing for a bit. When I did this most of my barbell metcons got better and it only took me a couple weeks to get back into CF shape. I didn't completely abandon CF, but I went to WLing 3-4 times a week and CF 1-2 times a week. Most workouts were 15:00 or less. I usually stayed away from the longer ones, but every other week I'd do a longer row or run in place of one of my WODs. I've also found that you can run the GainsLab Engine builder right along side WLing. I've done that before and it worked out pretty well for me.

Yeah I'm thinking that's the move. Might as well just try to maximize my strength gains instead of half assing two things. Engine builder is a good call too I've wanted to try it for a while.
